FT WAYNE, IN (Aug. 27, 2020) Former Navy Recruiting District Michigan Commanding Officer Cmdr. David Pavlik requests permission to be relieved of command from Commodore, Navy Recruiting Region East Capt. Katrina Hill during a change of command ceremony for Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Heartland at Parkview Field in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Cmdr. Paolo Singh relieved Pavlik as commanding officer of NTAG Heartland. NTAG Heartland’s mission is to recruit young men and women into the Navy from the areas of Michigan, Indiana and Northwest Ohio.
