U.S. Marines with 3rd Transportation Support Battalion (TSB), 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG) provide communication support at Ie Shima, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 22, 2020. During the exercise, communication Marines with 3rd TSB enabled Marines at Ie Shima Airfield to communicate effectively with a remotely located command and control element. 3rd MLG provides III Marine Expeditionary Force comprehensive logistics and combat service support for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
