Tim Weber, commander, Naval Medical Forces Pacific (NMFP), and director of the Navy's Medical Service Corps, speaks with Sailors and civilian staff during his visit to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Oct. 13. Weber visited with Navy Medicine personnel at the hospital and branch health clinics to gain insight from the deckplate and learn how NMFP can support the Sailors and civilian staff to ensure they're a well-trained and equiped medical force that achieves their mission of keeping the Fleet and Fleet Marine Force healthy and ready.
