Lieutenant General Mark R. Wise speaks with Marines from Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 167 (HMLA-167) about the changes happening throughout Marine Corps Aviation while visiting Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, Dec. 9, 2020. Wise is the Deputy Commandant for Aviation, serving as the principle advisor on all aviation matters and the principle spokesperson of Marine Corps aviation programs, requirements, and strategy throughout the Department of the Navy and the Department of Defense.
