INDIAN OCEAN (Jan. 13, 2020) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Dayzhon Mekonnen, a military police officer assigned to Command Element, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, right, and U.S. Navy Lt. j.g.
