INDIAN OCEAN (Jan. 13, 2020) – U.S. Sailors use an inert form of oleoresin capsicum (OC), also known as pepper spray, during naval security forces sentry training aboard Makin Island. Makin Island, flagship of the Amphibious Ready Group, along with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is conducting operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
