Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Seeba and Petty Officer 1st Class Kyle Matthias, crewmembers aboard the 225-foot Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, homeported in Newport, R.I., lower a bumper in preparation for the Juniper and the CCGS Henry Larsen, a Canadian Coast Guard icebreaking ship, homeported in St. Johns, Newfoundland, to moor together for refueling in Diana Bay, in northern Quebec, Friday, Aug. 24, 2012. The ship's crew is on an Arctic deployment to enhance interoperability with international forces and to provide the experience of working and responding to incidents in the harsh Arctic environment.
