Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Seeba, a crewmember aboard the 225-foot U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, homeported in Newport, R.I., lowers a bumper in preparation for the Juniper and the Henry Larsen, a Canadian Coast Guard ship, homeported in St. Johns, Newfoundland, to moor together for refueling in Diana Bay, in northern Quebec, Friday, Aug. 24, 2012. The Juniper's crew is on an Arctic deployment to enhance interoperability with international forces and to provide the experience of working and responding to incidents in the harsh Arctic environment.
