Petty Officer 2nd Class Keith Fox, a crewmember aboard the 225-foot U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Juniper, homeported in Newport, R.I., pulls containment boom around the Juniper's bow in preparation for refueling with the CCGS Henry Larsen, a Canadian Coast Guard ship, in Diana Bay, in northern Quebec, Friday, Aug. 24, 2012. The Juniper's crew is on an Arctic deployment to enhance interoperability with international forces and to provide the experience of working and responding to incidents in the harsh Arctic environment.
