QUONSET POINT, R.I. (April 5, 2021) Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker tours the General Dynamics Electric Boat (EB) Quonset Point Facility with EB Manager of Operations Walter Taft. Harker traveled to New England to visit industrial construction and maintenance locations to view current work, tour facilities and to discuss industrial base economic wellness and workforce health.
