NEWPORT, R.I. (April 6, 2021) Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker tours the Naval War College with Rear Adm. Shoshana Chatfield, president of the Naval War College. Harker traveled to New England to visit industrial construction and maintenance locations to view current work, tour facilities and to discuss industrial base economic wellness and workforce health.
