Casey Taylor, a teen volunteer and local resident, rinses chilies fresh out of the roaster in the parking lot of 88 Grill in Las Cruces, N.M., Sept. 8. Taylor and her family donated their time to the second annual Chilies for Willie chili roast. “As long as they have Willie’s Heroes, we will be here,” said Taylor. Willie’s HEROES is an organization that raises money for Soldiers, their families and veterans. Volunteers of all ages found some way to contribute on this rainy Saturday. The hard work put in by all the volunteers raised nearly $10,000 for Honor Flight, Guide On and the Wounded Warrior Project. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
