TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (April 8, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Marines, assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion, finish concrete for a mooring bollard footer at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project enhances the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB- 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to the Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces globally.
