TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (April 8, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Marines, assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion (ESB), place concrete for a mooring bollard footer at the Tinian Harbor. The repair project enhances the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB- 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
