This milling machine enables the Airmen to manufacture essential aircraft parts such as F-35A Lightning II fighter jet rudder hinges out of metals like titanium . The 56th EMS provides safe and reliable aircraft, equipment, munitions and maintenance to ensure Luke AFB can continue to train the world’s greatest fighter pilots.
