Michael Rogers, a Pittsburgh native and team leader in the Kansas National Guard, talks combat engineering and differences in military rank structure with his Armenian military counterpart during a break from training. Kansas National Guardsmen are in Armenia to help train Armenian demining teams as part of the Humanitarian Mine Action program and will assist the Armenian government in developing a standard operating procedure for demining.
