Andrew Lewis, Commander, Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk, salutes sideboys while arriving to the ceremony to declare JFC Norfolk’s Full Operational Capability aboard amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) on July 15. JFC Norfolk stands as an operational embodiment of the Trans-Atlantic Bridge.
