Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, salutes sideboys while arriving to the ceremony to declare Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk’s Full Operational Capability aboard amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) on July 15. JFC Norfolk stands as an operational embodiment of the Trans-Atlantic Bridge.
