Michael Maaninen, from Honolulu District, support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assigned Temporary Emergency Power Mission as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Recovery mission in southeastern Louisiana. Maaninen is serving as quality assurance for the generator team. The team’s goal is to oversee generator installation and inspections and maintenance.
