Hurricane Ida storm damage in Davidsonville, LA. The blue tarp on house was placed on the house by the homeowner and is not a USACE Blue Roof. Unfortunately, this house would not be eligible to participate in the program. One of the program requirements is the house must be habitable after the installation of the roof and the roof must have less than 50 percent structural damage.
