Master Sgt. Shannon Fulmer, 7th Security Forces Squadron operations NCO in charge, was highlighted as an outstanding performer as Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force JoAnne Bass visited Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Nov. 4, 2021. Fulmer recently led an innovation project team that solved an Air Force level night vision goggle shortfall by leveraging 3D printing capability IOT recapitalize PSQ-20 NVGs that will save the Air Force over $30 million.
