Cryptologic Technician Senior Chief John Cox, from Desoto, Montana, assigned to the first-in-class aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) intelligence department, salutes during a burial-at-sea ceremony on the ship’s aircraft elevator 2, Sept. 17, 2022. During the ceremony, the cremated remains of 30 souls were committed to the sea in the Atlantic Ocean.
