These first responders assisted in the unexpected and successful delivery of Noah in the Youngblood’s APG residence on September 21, 2022. Each first responder was awarded for their actions the traditional “Stork Pin,” given to first responders who deliver a baby in the field, and a Three Star Note from Lt. Gen. Omar J. Jones IV, commanding general of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command during a recognition ceremony at the APG North Fire Station, November 1, 2022. “[The first responders] faces will always be the heroes that saved the day and helped my son come into the world,” said Chiquita who is assigned to the U.S. Army 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command.
