Rear Adm. Ng Chee Peng, Republic of Singapore chief of the navy, performs a troop inspection as part of a full honors ceremony at the Washington Navy Yard. The ceremony was hosted by Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert, who also presented Peng with a Legion of Merit award for his strategic vision and exceptional spirit of cooperation with the U.S. helping support the full spectrum of maritime operations in the Gulf of Aden, Strait of Malacca and South China Sea.
