Rear Adm. Ng Chee Peng, chief of the Republic of Singapore navy, leads Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert and attendees of Peng's full honors ceremony in a salute to the Singapore and U.S. flags at the conclusion of the ceremony. During the ceremony, Greenert presented Peng with a Legion of Merit award for his strategic vision and exceptional spirit of cooperation with the U.S. helping support the full spectrum of maritime operations in the Gulf of Aden, Strait of Malacca and South China Sea.
