HOQUIAM, Wash. — Rangers from 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment escort distinguished guests to their seats during the Maj. Gen. Eldon A. Bargewell Delta Park dedication on May 20, 2023 in Hoquiam. Wash. To conclude the park dedication I Corps Commanding General Lt. Gen. Xavier T. Brunson swore in eight new recruits. During his nearly four-decade long career Maj. Gen. Bargewell earned over 40 medals to include-- The Army Distinguished Service Cross, three Bronze Stars with Valor, The Vietnam Service Medal with six Service Stars, as well as The Global War on Terrorism Medal.
