    Hospitalman Ryker Mineer cuts through the coveralls of a medical training mannequin to examine and treat its simulated injuries during a mass casualty drill aboard amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), June 1, 2023, in the Pacific Ocean.
