GALLUP, N.M. (June 15, 2023) Petty Officer 3rd Class Oluwaseun Olaniyi, a Navy Reserve utilitiesman living in Chicago and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18 based on Naval Base Ventura County in Port Hueneme, California, lays a bead of sealant along the flashing of a newly built home as part of a charitable contribution and training opportunity in partnership with the Southwest Indian Foundation.
