GALLUP, N.M. (June 15, 2023) Navy Reserve Sailors pose for a group photo in front of a newly constructed home they built as a charitable contribution and training opportunity in partnership with the Southwest Indian Foundation. The home's construction served to educate Seabees in various practical construction techniques needed for mission readiness while fulfilling the needs of a community partner as part of the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program. Representatives from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 18, FIRST Naval Construction Regiment (FIRST NCR) and Southwest Indian Foundation are depicted.
