Col. Peter J. DeVine, the outgoing commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 28, and his family watch the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Band perform at the MACG-28 change of command at the Marine Air Control Squadron 2’s parade field Dec. 5. Following 34 years of honorable service to his country and Corps, DeVine is retiring following relinquishing his command of the group. DeVine thanked his Marines for their work during his tenure.
