Col. Peter J. DeVine, right, the outgoing commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 28, takes the group colors from Sgt. Maj. Timothy King, the sergeant major of MACG-28, at the MACG-28 change of command at the Marine Air Control Squadron 2’s parade field Dec. 5. The passing of the colors is a symbolic exchange of command of the unit.
