Col. Peter J. DeVine, right, the outgoing commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 28, salutes Col. Jeff S. Kojac, the incoming commanding officer, following the exchanging of the unit colors during the MACG-28 change of command at the Marine Air Control Squadron 2’s parade field Dec. 5.
