Col. Peter J. DeVine, right, the outgoing commanding officer of Marine Air Control Group 28, hands the unit colors to Col. Jeff S. Kojac, the incoming commanding officer, during the exchanging of the unit colors at the MACG-28 change of command at the Marine Air Control Squadron 2’s parade field Dec. 5. The passing of the colors is a symbolic exchange of command of the unit.
