ITHACA, N. Y. – Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman 4th Class Ja-ise Green, 18, a freshman from Kennesaw, Ga., participates in a Platoon Basic event at the 2023 Cornell University Invitational Drill Competition (CUIDC), Oct. 21.
