ITHACA, N. Y. – Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen from Rutgers University (right) and cadets from the United States Air Force Academy participate in a Tug-of-War during the 2023 Cornell University Invitational Drill Competition (CUIDC), Oct. 21.
