ITHACA, N. Y. – Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen from the University of Pennsylvania participate in a Color Guard event during the 2023 Cornell University Invitational Drill Competition (CUIDC), Oct. 21. Nine NROTC units from the Northeast of the United States and all four military academies participated in the 43rd annual event. The units competed in military drill and athletic events this year. (U.
