U.S. Marines with 3d Littoral Combat Team, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division board a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter during helicopter insertion training on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Dec. 14, 2023. Fast roping from a helicopter was the final qualification test of a Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques Master Course led by III Expeditionary Operations Training Group, based in Okinawa, Japan, who travelled to Hawaii to certify Marines with 3d LCT.
