Airmen and soldiers assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa discuss final plans moments before boarding a Marine CH-53 helicopter during a personnel recovery exercise Jan.16. The exercise included two synchronized rescues – one on land and one at sea – and involved airmen, soldiers, sailors and Marines from CJTF-HOA as well as members of the French Foreign Legion.
