SSG Anthony Overby observes SGT Sabrina Moore, both from the 680 ENG CO CEC/I, installing batteries after assembling her CRS-I robot at the 99th RD New Equipment Fielding Site. These robots are lightweight, packable, unmanned systems, used for a variety of missions including CBRN detection, EOCM missions, EOD, and remote clearing of obstacles from a distance. Soldiers are being trained as ‘train the trainers’ and will bring these robots back to their home units. (Images provided by the USASA Fort Dix Training Division /Steven Roussel)
