Forty SMEs across Duhok, Erbil, Ninewa, Baghdad, Anbar, and Basrah accessed tailored business mentorship to boost their growth and sustainability, market opportunities, and access to finance. Following program completion, The Station Foundation for Entrepreneurship hosted a networking Bazaar for graduating SMEs, familiarizing local buyers with the wide range of products and services offered by these businesses.
These efforts, supported by USAID, strengthened commerce and experience sharing among participating firms, increased market share for women-owned food businesses, facilitated business registrations, and assisted young carpentry startups in Basrah to expand their operations, thereby reducing the need for imports
