VICENZA, Italy – Giulio Rigodanzo, from the Central Processing Facility (CPF), serves his Risotto with Porcini mushrooms, prepared for the newcomers who attended the “Benvenuti” class at the U.S. Army Garrison Italy Army Community Service (ACS) Feb. 21, 2024. Rigodanzo has been volunteering at ACS several times and this month he cooked a traditional Italian dish with mushrooms that he personally foraged in the Alps, specifically the South Tyrol region.
