VICENZA, Italy – Giulio Rigodanzo, from the Central Processing Facility (CPF), shows Col. Scott Horrigan, commander, U.S. Army Garrison Italy, one of the Porcini mushrooms, that he personally foraged in the Alps, specifically the South Tyrol region. With this type of mushrooms he volunteered to prepare a traditional Italian dish, the Risotto with "Porcini" mushrooms, for the newcomers who attended the “Benvenuti” class at the Army Community Service (ACS) Feb. 21, 2024.
