PENSACOLA, Fla. (July 31, 2024) - Captain Robert Stockton awards Chief Navy Counselor (NCC) Freddy Urcuyo a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal during Urcuyo's retirement ceremony at the Naval Aviation Museum.
NCC Urcuyo immigrated from Nicaragua at the age of three and joined the Navy to show his appreciation for the United States. He retired after 23 years of service.
