Sgt. Jordan Bailey, military police with the 237th MP Company, 941st MP Battalion, 54th Troop Command, New Hampshire Army National Guard, takes his final steps toward the finish line to complete the ruck march portion of the German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency (GAFPB) on Sept. 8, 2024, at the Northern Rail Trail in Franklin, N.H. The German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency or, in German, “Das Abzeichen für Leistungen im Truppendienst” is a decoration of the Bundeswehr, the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Germany, and is awarded to members of allied armed forces who successfully complete a series of physical and military skill tests.
