Brian Pope with the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade deployed to Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, gathers supplies with local Ugandan veterinarians on April 9, 2008 before heading out to vaccinate and treat cattle, livestock, poultry and canines in Te-Tugu, Gulu District, Uganda, during a veterinary civil action project. This is Phase 2 of a four phase project aimed at improving the overall health of village animals while training and educating Ugandan veterinarians.
