Army Maj. Dwayne Overby talks with a local Ugandan veterinarian on April 9, 2008 before heading out to vaccinate and treat cattle, livestock, poultry and canines in Te-Tugu, Gulu District, Uganda, during a veterinary civil action project. This is Phase 2 of a four phase project aimed at improving the overall health of village animals while training and educating Ugandan veterinarians.
