For the last year-and-a-half Norfolk Naval Shipyard Temporary Services (Shop 99) Electrician Apprentice Caden Cleaver has been excelling in the apprenticeship program. Cleaver's goal is to graduate from the apprenticeship program and receive his journeyman card. “Not only do I enjoy what I do as an electrician, but I am gaining knowledge and experience that will be useful down the road and I get paid while doing it," he said.
