Sailors assigned to Navy Reserve Military Sealift Command Far East Headquarters (NR MSCFE HQ) and Navy Reserve Center (NRC), St. Louis, Mo., attend Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at a four-day all-hands drill weekend at NRC St. Louis, Nov. 14, 2024. NR MSCFE HQ augments MSCFE HQ Staff, providing support to expeditionary logistics, strategic sealift, expeditionary port operations and position/replenishment of combat cargo. NR MSCFE HQ also provides liaison officers to Fleet and Combatant Commanders for surge requirements in support of crisis response and contingency operations across U.S. Indio-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
