    Military Sealift Command Far East

    Chief Information Systems Technician Heidi Patrick and Operations Specialist 1st Class Jillian Ciaffoni, both assigned to Navy Reserve Military Sealift Command Far East Headquarters (NR MSCFE HQ), simulate dressing wounds while attending Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at a four-day all-hands drill weekend at Navy Reserve Center, St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 14, 2024. NR MSCFE HQ augments MSCFE HQ Staff, providing support to expeditionary logistics, strategic sealift, expeditionary port operations and position/replenishment of combat cargo. NR MSCFE HQ also provides liaison officers to Fleet and Combatant Commanders for surge requirements in support of crisis response and contingency operations across U.S. Indio-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
