Operations Specialist 1st Class Jillian Ciaffoni, assigned to Navy Reserve Military Sealift Command Far East Headquarters (NR MSCFE HQ), simulates dressing wounds to a fellow Sailor while attending Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at a four-day all-hands drill weekend at Navy Reserve Center, St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 14, 2024.
