Operations Specialist 1st Class Jillian Ciaffoni, assigned to Navy Reserve Military Sealift Command Far East Headquarters (NR MSCFE HQ), simulates dressing wounds to a fellow Sailor while attending Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at a four-day all-hands drill weekend at Navy Reserve Center, St. Louis, Mo., Nov. 14, 2024. NR MSCFE HQ augments MSCFE HQ Staff, providing support to expeditionary logistics, strategic sealift, expeditionary port operations and position/replenishment of combat cargo.
